Builders Cleans to Final Handover Cleans
After the completion of any building works it is vital that a property is left in pristine condition for occupation by a new home owner or commercial client.We work closely with site agents to ensure that the cleans are handed over to clients in exceptional condition and within time parameters.
Show Home and Sales Area Maintenance
We offer a full professional cleaning service of show houses, show apartments and flats. We understand how important it is that development show homes are consistently monitored to ensure they are of a highly presentable standard at all times. Our service is flexible in that we can arrive on days and at times to suit you. All of our staff are trained and experienced in showhome cleaning.
Pressure Water Jetting
Newly erected brickwork can usually comprise construction stains such as mortar residues and splashes from scaffolding which will need to be removed prior to home owner habitation. High pressure water based cleaning methods are be used to remove loosely adherent deposits with light brushing. A proprietary brick cleaning agent will be used to remove bigger deposits followed by a low pressure rinse with clean water.

We employ our own dedicated Health and Safety Advisor and regularly conduct audits and checks of our Health & Safety policies and procedures too.
