Construction Cleans
This category can consist of a number of cleans from the Initial Clean which gives a finished property the deep clean to achieve a client viewing, to Handover Clean which will present the client with an immaculate property ready to move into. All cleaned properties are supervisor checked using a 50-point TQS quality control system.
Showhouse Maintenance
All constructors that we are partnered with inevitably have a sales and showhouse area on developments. Showhouses have to be maintained on a weekly basis to the highest standards. We can carry out comprehensive cleans using high quality cleaning materials and equipment to present the extra sparkle to a finished home at point of sale.
Management Cleans
Multiple occupancy apartment blocks need the common areas to be maintained on a regular basis. We can provide the service to keep the households who are paying service charges happy with the standards required. We provide this maintenance service to estate management companies and letting agents.
High Pressure Brick Cleaning
Sometimes during the build
process, the brickwork on a new construction can be marked and stained
due to inclement weather. On occasions when brickwork is stained it is
necessary to pressure clean the brickwork. Our specialist teams have
been operational for 12 years and carry our cleans in a controlled
environment using specialised acids to reduce staining
and the latest jetting techniques using high reach carbon fibre
lances. Our teams are also trained in graffiti removal and sacrificial
anti-graffiti applications and are contracted in partnership to clean
and maintain various stations within the London Underground public
transport system.
